Patterns Made from Topper Fashions

Okay, yes, I admit it--I've taken apart Topper Dawn doll fashions (ones in not-so-bad shape!) to create patterns from the outfits. But it was for a good cause, I swear! And now I can share them with you.

This page contains links to PDF versions of my patterns. You can view each page individual while you're online, or download the zip file containing each page and look at them offline at your leisure. You'll need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, but you can download that for free.

Big Disclaimer! I'm not a seamstress. I have sewed a fair bit in my time, but I suffer from some sort of amnesia where I have to keep re-learning it all over again. That's why I create the patterns this way--I'd forget how I did it otherwise! The patterns have some detail but do not come with complete instructions. I recommend you take a look at the "real fashion" intact to get an idea of how it goes together. I'm just not at all sure how I'd explain each one.

Also, note that Topper skirts and bodices are mix-and-match. Sometimes they used one bodice style with a dress, other times they used another, and the same with skirts. So combine them however you please. Please also read the Tips page for more thoughts on making your own fashions.

I might add more patterns if I find time. I do hope these are useful and not too confusing.
