Clicks
One-click or two-click refers to how many "clicks" into position
the doll's knee joints will hold. Many dolls have lost their ability
to hold their knees in a bent position. A doll that has "two-clicks"
on both knees is in very good condition.

Green Hairline
Vinyl along the doll's face, near the hairline, has paled and turned
green (sometimes blue). This happens with some model agency and
head-to-toe dolls with extra hair. There may be wire holding the
hair in; I'm not sure.
Green Knees
Vinyl on the sides of the doll's knees has turned green. This is
caused by a reaction between the vinyl and copper wire used in the
knee joint. This is very common and generally not reversable.
Knock-off
A Dawn Doll or Dawn outfit copy. (Knock-offs include Diana dolls,
Pippa dolls by Palitoy, Barbra's Fashion dolls, and the Starr dolls
of the 90s)
Melt Marks
Indentations in the hard plastic portion of dolls, where a reaction
between the hard plastic and soft vinyl has caused the plastic to
melt. Often this creates "grooves" that are about the thickness
of a soft vinyl doll leg.

MIB
Mint in box--this means different things to different people. Usually,
it means never removed from box (also called NRFB) and in excellent
condition. But double check.
Oozing Joints
Hip joints have oozed glue. Sometimes this fuses the doll's panties
to her hips. Other times, it freezes the joint in place (so that
you can't bend the doll into a sitting position).
Pin Pricks
Very small holes that show up in some doll's legs--these appear
to be from the factory.
Splits
Portions of vinyl (in a doll leg or a doll case) that have split
apart from stress.
Swingy
Leg joints are loose--if you hold the doll up and shake her gently,
her legs swing back and forth freely.
